Please check this calendar to make sure the time you are requesting is not already being used.
When you check the calendar, pay close attention to the number of seats that are reserved as there are only a total of 31 licensed seats that we can use at any one time.
Elluminate sessions requested with less than 24 hour notice cannot be guaranteed to be set up. Sessions are scheduled during the work week 8 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. only.
