CIS Student Support Assistants are available on a walk-in only basis in the 'I' Mega Lab (left corner of the Mega Lab) to help students registered in CIS, CAS and NET with current coursework challenges.

The Harper College Tutoring Center provides free tutoring assistance for Computer Information Systems courses including:

One-on-one tutoring is available by appointment by calling 847.925.6539. Drop-in group tutoring is available in Room I 205:
- Mondays 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
- Thursdays 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Fridays 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
