Graduate Course Registration

Instructions for processing Professional Development forms for Graduate courses:

Notify Lauren Salotti when you want to register for a Graduate Course at lsalotti@harpercollege.edu.  You can access the Full Time Professional Development Expense Benefits Reimbursement form (for full time faculty) and Adjunct Professional Development Expense Unit-Eligible Reimbursement form (for adjunct faculty) from the titled link in the description. Process these forms as follows: 

 

For the Full Time Professional Development Expense Benefits Reimbursement form: 

  1. Sign the form. Be sure to attach something that explains what the course is about, like the syllabus or the promotional piece.
  2. Have your DEAN sign BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS (THIS IS KEY!)
  3. Send it to Lauren Salotti in F 139
  4. Make a copy for your files

 

For the Documented Earned Credit form: 

  1. This process is done electronically on Oracle.

 

For Adjunct Faculty Professional Development Expense Unit-Eligible Reimbursement form:

  1. Sign the form and attach something that explains what the course is about, like the syllabus or the promotional piece
  2. Have your DEAN sign BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS (THIS IS KEY!)
  3. Return it to Lauren Salotti in F 139.
  4. Make a copy for your files.
