Graduate Course Registration

Instructions for processing Professional Development forms for Graduate courses:

Notify Lauren Salotti when you want to register for a Graduate Course at lsalotti@harpercollege.edu.  You will then receive electronically the appropriate forms with the pertinent information filled out.  Process these forms as follows: 

 

For the Full Time Professional Development Expense Benefits Reimbursement form: 

  1. Complete the form, including the Activity and Professional Expenses Description portions.  Be sure to attach something that explains what the course is about, like the syllabus or the promotional piece.
  2. Have your DEAN sign
  3. Have Dr. Skold sign
  4. Make a copy for your files and
  5. Return it to Lauren Salotti when you have secured all signatures

 

For the Documented Earned Credit form: 

  1. Have both your DEAN and Dr. Skold sign and then process as directed on the form.
  2. Lauren does NOT need a copy of this form. 

 

For Adjunct Faculty Professional Development Expense Unit-Eligible Reimbursement form:

  1. Complete the form and attach something that explains what the course is about, like the syllabus or the promotional piece
  2. Have your DEAN sign BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS (THIS IS KEY!)
  3. Have Dr. Skold sign
  4. Return it to Lauren Salotti when you have secured all signatures
