ASID STUDENT REPRESENATIVE 2011-2012
I would like to introduce myself. I’m the new Student Representative to the Board for the ASID Illinois chapter. I graduated from the College of DuPage this past May with an Associate Degree in Interior Design and will be starting at the Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg this October.
There are a lot of exciting opportunities for your ASID student chapters. We have many upcoming events, competitions, and awards. There is also a new SRB award along with an emerging professional award. Mary Grether, the Professional Development Director, and I look forward to meeting with you along with your students to talk about ASID and these opportunities.
