Approach to philosophy…focuses on clarity of language, objectivity in thinking, and an attitude of questioning.

Approach to teaching…meeting and encouraging students where they are, using a variety of pedagogical tools to encourage active learning, promoting involvement on the part of everyone in the classroom.
