Harper College's Center for Innovative Instruction has partnered with Illinois State Library's Illinois Librarians Explore, Apply & Discover (ILEADU) grant project team (IGEDU) to create an interactive e-learning tutorial/assessment tool to support the learning & skill development for the updated computerized GED exam.  The main project goal is centered on the development of an online program, along with hands-on/project based tools, to assist adult learners' transition to technology friendly learning environments. This project will address multiple learning styles to encourage student retention and advance critical thinking and computer literacy skills by addressing multiple learning styles. As students increase skills sets & academic awareness, they will engage in the ultimate goal of lifelong learning and career advancement.
