Please join us for dinner Friday night with guest speaker Dr. James Salvador of General Motors. Menu choices are:

• Chicken Picatta: Pan-seared chicken breasts, smothered in lemon caper sauce and seved with herb-roasted potatoes and bistro-roasted mixed vegetables.
• London Broil: Marinated in teriyaki sauce, roasted medium rare and sliced thin, our London broil is served aside fresh, seasonal vegetables and steamed new potatoes.
• Stuffed Portabella: Large portabella mushroom with eggplant, spinach, onion and red pepper, topped with provolone cheese and roasted to mouth-watering perfection.
