Graduate Course Registration
Instructions for processing Professional Development forms for Graduate courses:
Notify Lauren Salotti when you want to register for a Graduate Course at lsalotti@harpercollege.edu. You can access the Full Time Professional Development Expense Benefits Reimbursement form (for full time faculty) and Adjunct Professional Development Expense Unit-Eligible Reimbursement form (for adjunct faculty) from the titled link in the description. Process these forms as follows:
For the Full Time Professional Development Expense Benefits Reimbursement form:
- Sign the form. Be sure to attach something that explains what the course is about, like the syllabus or the promotional piece.
- Have your DEAN sign BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS (THIS IS KEY!)
- Send it to Lauren Salotti in F 139
- Make a copy for your files
For the Documented Earned Credit form:
- This process is done electronically on Oracle.
For Adjunct Faculty Professional Development Expense Unit-Eligible Reimbursement form:
- Sign the form and attach something that explains what the course is about, like the syllabus or the promotional piece
- Have your DEAN sign BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS (THIS IS KEY!)
- Return it to Lauren Salotti in F 139.
- Make a copy for your files.
