Adjunct Mentoring Program
The DREAM Adjunct Mentoring Program is a mentoring program for Harper College adjuncts of color. DREAM in partnership with the College’s CAFÉ (Center for Adjunct Faculty Engagement) program works to provide instructional support, resources, and professional development for adjunct faculty.
Who can Participate?
All current Harper College adjunct faculty of color are eligible to apply to be either a mentor or mentee.

How do I Benefit?
You will have opportunities to:
- Grow professionally.
- Decrease the sense of isolation through networking with other underrepresented full-time and adjunct faculty and your Associate Dean and/or Dean.
- Increase the awareness of how Harper College functions.
