Welcome to DREAM

The mission of DREAM (Diverse Relationships Engaged in Affirming Multi-culturalism) is to enhance the quality of life and campus climate by promoting participation and inclusion of all people of color in the workforce at Harper College. To that end, we support the faculty/staff recruitment and retention efforts; networking and mentoring among faculty, staff, and students; and lastly, establishing and maintaining positive community links. Our goal is to give faculty, staff, and students of color a “Voice on Campus.”
